Congress St. Tattoo is a traditional tattoo shop and the second location of Hobo's Tattoo.  Artist Jason Scott is available Tuesday through Saturday from 12pm until 8pm for both appointments and the occasional walk-in tattoo.  

Located next door to bull moose in the 1 World Trading Co Building on the 2nd floor.
